Every girl begins to dream about her wedding day as early as six or seven years old. Imagining being a Princess, walking down the aisle towards her Prince as her closest family and friends watch and admire the beginning of their new lives. It is an emotional day for everyone as a father gives away her daughter and joins two families together. Some say it is the most important day of their lives and the start of a new chapter. When a relationship begins to get more serious, sometimes even before the proposal, a woman has already fantasized about the colors, flowers and especially the dress. Pinterest, WeddingWire and other social media sites begin to consume one’s browser history by trying to find the perfect fit for the couple’s personality. Options range from a destination wedding to a beach wedding, either spring or summer, and even traditional or nontraditional. Since every couple is different, a wedding coordinator has likely never organized the same wedding twice. A wedding is a once in a lifetime experience with a one shot deal and hiring a wedding coordinator is the best way to assure your event remains one of the happiest memories of your life.

With access to so much information on the Internet, some brave brides may be tempted to conquer the coordination and venue choices on her own. Researching venues, florists, bakers, DJs, live bands, photographers, videographers, hair stylists and makeup artists. This list alone becomes overwhelming and by adding four, five or even ten options under each category it becomes extremely stressful. Before you know it, an enthusiastic, motivated bride becomes a bridezilla in no time. A wedding coordinator not only knows everything it takes to make a wedding special, but also has a list of preferred vendors that they have worked with and have built a relationship with. Once a bride provides details as to what she prefers for her wedding, the coordinator can narrow down the best vendors for her and begin to negotiate. Since the coordinator has worked with them in the past, they are able to provide the best prices for the couple and assure the event remains on budget. This not only saves much stress of arranging and booking vendors for the couple, but also ends up saving the couple money. The savings on vendors alone tends to pay for the coordination itself.

Once the colors, dcor, accessories and every other detail is finalized, the big day finally comes. Butterflies consume the bride and groom’s stomachs as they tie the knot and pledge their lives to each other. This should be the happiest day of their lives, as they remember why they fell in love and what the future holds. The last thing the bride, groom, and bridal party should be thinking about is where the gift table should be set up or if the cake arrived on time. Thankfully for wedding coordinators, they provide full on-site day of coordination by supervising vendor arrival and setup. Throughout the event they make sure everything runs smoothly and settle any unexpected occurrences. A timeline organized with the coordinator and couple beforehand is enforced through the wedding coordinator to assure the event runs smoothly. During the reception, the couple is greeting their guests, enjoying their family and friends, and most likely sharing a few cocktails. Being consumed by the moment, as one should be on this day, means champagne toasts and speeches, garter and bouquet tosses and grand exits are easily delayed. The wedding coordinator will eliminate the stress of making sure everything fits into the reception by simply keeping track of time for you. From the father-daughter dance to a grand sparkler exit, the wedding coordinator has it covered. Finally, as you escape into your honeymoon phase, the wedding coordinator will collect and return all your gifts and personal items to you so you can enjoy your night fully. Make the biggest day of your life simple by hiring a wedding coordinator.
